Courtney McCreery is a professional recruiter with over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition. She builds strong relationships and has successfully completed hundreds of searches in her career. Courtney is married to Matt who is the Quality Manager at Woodward FST in Mauldin. They enjoy spending weekends on the Lake Jocassee.

She began her career in the recruiting industry serving several different industries ranging from engineering to legal services.  Courtney served as the single recruiter at Clemson University, a top 30 rated university, where she handled technical, academic and executive level administrative roles that included: Chief Diversity Officer, Director of Corporate and Strategic Initiatives at CUICAR, Vice President of University Relations, Chief Information Officer and Director of Institutional Research. Courtney’s proficiency is in strategic and hands-on executive recruiting and related functions within corporate environments.

Courtney graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2003 with a degree in General Studies. Courtney is passionate about continuous self-development and received her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Counseling in 2005 from the University of Bridgeport. Courtney continued her training and became a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer on John C. Maxwell’s leadership team in 2013. In 2016, she completed a Diversity Leaders Initiative Fellowship at The Riley Institute at Furman University.
