Allison was born and raised here in Greenville, SC. Her family owned and operated a large automotive manufacturing facility so she was raised in the industry. Her passion for people and drive to connect the two led her into recruiting. She attended Liberty University and completed her studies in Psychology. She has spent the majority of her career in the staffing and recruiting industry serving in several different roles. Her career includes staffing for automotive and several light industrial facilities in the Greenville area allowing her to participate in the day to day operations. She worked her way into account manager then operations manager and finally Director of Recruiting. Her knowledge and hands on experience make her an intricate team player.

If there is anything Allison enjoys more than recruiting it’s her volunteer work. She thrives on it, and whether it is with her son’s school or golf, or charities such as Community Embraced or the Triune Mercy Center, she is always giving back. She is an active member of her church NewSpring and serves on the First Look, Next Steps Teams and women’s Bible study groups.
